UWorld is seeking a Biology Content Developer with subject matter expertise in Anatomy and Physiology to join our growing organization. The Content Developer will work closely with an onsite team of fellow biologists and contribute to our web-based MCAT Biology Question Bank. QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum education required :
- Master’s degree in Biology, Anatomy and Physiology or other related biomedical science
Minimum experience required :
Strong scientific writing background in Biology, Anatomy and Physiology, or a related biomedical scienceResearch experience in Physiology, Biology, Biomedicine, or other related discipline (2+ years)Biology teaching experience at the undergraduate / graduate level (2+ years)Required skills :

Writes MCAT questions with comprehensive rationalesWorks closely with editing and scientific illustration teams to create exceptional educational content that adheres to UWorld standardsApplies knowledge that reflects standardized exam content and practices for generation of test questionsCollaborates with management and team members during peak periods of new content development and revision to ensure goals and deadlines are metUses constructive feedback to validate the accuracy and relevance of content written by other team membersParticipates in ongoing performance evaluation of current test items in the question bankCommunicates effectively with quality assurance team to resolve technical issues related to content in a timely mannerWorks with IT and other support teams to troubleshoot content development issues that may ariseWorks with marketing and sales to develop content geared toward building and maintaining the UWorld brandRecognizes and champions the integrity and security of question bank content and proprietary assetsResponds quickly to address user feedback and makes necessary edits to question bank contentBenefits
