A company is looking for an HR Manager (Fractional / Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the COO to assess and support human resource needs across multiple clients
Provide guidance on employment laws and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
Manage full-cycle talent acquisition and support employee relations matters
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of progressive human resources experience
Experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations, preferably in a consulting capacity
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent certification required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience supporting employees in multiple states, including California and New York
