Prioritized Must Have Skills for the CAD Designer :

#1. Minimum 3 years of CAD drafting experience in roadway and / or bridge design.

#2. Proficiency in MicroStation and familiarity with GEOPAK InRoads or OpenRoads Designer.

#3. Strong understanding of INDOT / ODOT design standards and procedures.

#4. Ability to create and maintain CADD files models and drawings.

Requirements of the CAD Designer :

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Associates Degree in CADD or related program preferred but not required
• Minimum 3 years of road and / or bridge CAD drafting experience.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience with INDOT and / or ODOT standards and design procedures specific to roadway and bridge projects.
• Proficient in MicroStation
• Experience with GEOPAK / InRoads / OpenRoads Designer highly preferred
