$72,000 base OR override on managed projects, PLUS opportunity for commission, earn over $120,000+

Ideal Candidate

• Strong Leadership Skills Confident in leading project teams, coordinating across departments, and making proactive decisions to keep projects moving efficiently and effectively.
• Residential Remodeling Industry Expertise Deep understanding of home renovation processes, materials, codes, and customer expectationsespecially in kitchen and bath remodeling.
• Bilingual Language Skills (Helpful) The ability to communicate in more than one language is a plus, especially in diverse communities, to better serve a wider client base.
• Proficiency in Layouts & Blueprints Skilled in reading, interpreting, and creating accurate layouts and blueprints for kitchen and bathroom spaces; familiarity with design software is a strong advantage.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making Can identify issues quickly, analyze options, and implement effective solutions under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Organizational & Time Management Skills Able to manage multiple ongoing projects and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
• Adaptability & Versatility Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; can shift gears when unexpected challenges arise while staying focused on outcomes.
• Physical Capability Capable of conducting site visits, reviewing installations on location, and managing light physical demands related to on-site coordination.
• Customer Service Oriented Committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
