Conduct training sessions for HR and end-users on all UKG modules, ensuring effective system utilization.
Monitor all HR System related support inquiries and provide ongoing support to users, troubleshoot issues, and address inquiries related to system functionality.
Document, streamline, and automate HR policies, processes, and procedures.
Support application enhancements and upgrades through development and execution of test scripts, documentation of test results and escalation of issues as required.
Collaborate daily with HR, IT and internal customers to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues and support requests for HR related systems.
Research and resolve HR system glitches, unanticipated results, or process faults; perform scheduled activities; propose solutions or alternative approaches to satisfy requirements.
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades, patches, and integrations; provide Administrator Access support to all HR systems.
Ensure that system configurations and processes align with compliance requirements.
Exhibit exemplary customer service to internal teams and stakeholders.
Recommend process / customer service improvements, innovative solutions, and policy change suggestions.
Proactively review and act on workflow items that fail to complete.
Understand complexity of workflow configuration and identify enhancement opportunities.
Contribute to projects involving HR processes, HR systems and / or HR data to ensure collaborative and timely delivery of agreed upon deliverables.
Analyze current HR processes and systems and make recommendations for process improvements and improved user experience through automation.
Assist in the translation of business requirements, including legislative compliance and reporting requirements, into sustainable functional application solutions in partnership with Stakeholders.
Monitor vendor interfaces including integration processing, error monitoring, issue identification and resolution.
