GENERAL FUNCTION

The Sales Associate upholds the standard of quality in eye care and eyewear by ensuring exceptional customer experiences, establishing For Eyes as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver sales goals by cultivating existing customer relationships and attracting new clients.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians.
• Participate in creating a positive store environment, maintaining displays and inventory.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating all with respect.
