The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for processing supply chain and aviation invoices on a timely and accurate basis.

Essential Duties :

• Receive, organize, and vouch invoices on daily basis while maintaining an excellent level of accuracy.
• Accurately code invoices to the correct general ledger accounts, periods, and departments.
• Review and verify appropriate documentation to ensure three-way matching and / or any other approval necessary to process invoices.
• Monitor and respond timely to several shared email boxes.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
• Assist the Payroll Manager with semi-monthly payroll processing.
• Assist with month end closing.
• Provide investors access to data site.
