The SpringfieldGreene County Park Board is seeking an experienced and visionary Superintendent of Recreation to join our leadership team! This pivotal role oversees a dynamic and diverse portfolio of recreation programs and facilities that make a lasting impact on our community's health, wellness, and connection.

As the Superintendent of Recreation, you will lead and manage a comprehensive recreation program that serves residents across Springfield and Greene County. This position provides leadership to a broad range of divisions, including :

• Facilities : Chesterfield Family Center, Doling Family Center, and Dan Kinney Family Centers
• Aquatics
• Accessible Recreation
• Outdoor Initiatives
• SPARC (Schools, Parks Are Reaching Communities)
• Concession and Catering

Events and Special Program. You'll plan, organize, and administer traditional and non-traditional recreation activities that reflect our community's diverse needs and interests.
