Position : Project Manager
Overview : As a Project Manager at Vital, you will be responsible for overseeing and steering complex projects across our expanding operations in manufacturing, research, development, and product implementation. This role involves high-level planning, strategic management, and leadership to ensure projects meet organizational goals and are completed with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Leadership : Direct and manage the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Project Planning : Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining tasks, allocating resources, and setting milestones. Delegate tasks effectively to project teams.
- Budget Management : Oversee cost analysis and budget preparation. Ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints and make adjustments as needed to address any financial discrepancies.
- Risk Management : Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigation. Report significant risks and issues to senior management, providing recommendations for corrective actions or project adjustments.
- Stakeholder Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization, clients, and vendors. Address and resolve any questions, concerns, or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operational Excellence : Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Implement best practices to improve project outcomes and efficiency.
- Additional Duties : Perform other related duties as required to support the organization's growth and project success.

A minimum of five years of experience in a senior project management role is required.PMP, CAPM, PgMP, or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required.Location
