Position : End user support Technician - Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager

Location : Columbus, OH (Onsite)

Duration : W2 Contract

Job Description :

• OS Image creator / MECM (Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager) admin / Windows 11
• In-depth computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, storage / memory technologies, etc.) with Dell, Client, and Client
• Strong experience with OS imaging using Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Strong Windows 11 experience
• Good overall understanding of Microsoft Configuration Manager
• Good workstation troubleshooting skills
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow
