Opportunity

The IT Business Analyst with strong project leadershipcapabilities will play a pivotal role in bridging technology and operationswithin Kohler Co.s Hospitality Business. This position requires closecollaboration with hospitality operations teams, senior operational leaders andIT counterparts to deliver impactful digital solutions that enhance both guestand associate experiences. The IT Business Analyst is responsible fortranslating business needs into technology solutions, driving cross-functionalinitiatives, and ensuring seamless execution across departments and requiresthe ability to foster strongrelationships, navigate complex organizational dynamics, and champion processimprovements will be key to your success.

Specific Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate businessneeds into comprehensive and detailed business requirements, with a strongfocus on understanding the end-to-end guest and associate journeys.
• Lead the evaluation of software & technology solutions,both in-house and new, to meet business needs.
• Develop process maps, user stories, and use cases to supportsolution development and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of projects bydeveloping and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and statusreports, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets, andproactively managing risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations withinternal and external teams throughout every phase of a project.
• Support new technology adoption, change management,training, and communication efforts during project rollouts.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessonslearned and opportunities for improvement.
