Maryland Licensed Acute Care Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) in TeleHealth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-demand clinical care to patients via telehealth, adhering to heart failure clinical guidelines

Transition patient care from telehealth encounters to in-person follow-ups as needed

Collaborate with the cardiology physician team to enhance patient access and care continuity

Required Qualifications

ACNP Certification

At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in cardiology, preferably with a focus on heart failure

Must reside in or be able to obtain licensure for MD, DC, or VA

One relevant license (MD, DC, or VA) is required at the time of hire

Full-time availability for a remote position with flexible 8-hour days
