About this role :

As a n Advanced Practice Provider in Occupational / Work Medicine , you will work with a collegial team o f healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.? In this role you will provide Occupational / Work Medicine Services to our Logan Clinic Patients.

You will practice at both our Logan Clinic - Intermountain Health and Ogden Clinic - Intermountain Health locations

Your weekly schedule will be 1 x 10 hr Day and 2 x 9 Hour Days

No On Call Duties

What youll bring :

APRN or PA-C degree from an accredited program

Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline

Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one

Ability to successfully com plete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
