HOW YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Technology to oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and security while aligning technology with business objectives. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, security, and scalability of IT systems, managing IT staff, and driving technology-driven business growth.

Achievement of objectives must include an overriding commitment to quality that must permeate the areas of responsibility. Enable and Drive Change in the Organization.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with the VP and executive team to develop and execute a digital transformation roadmap aligned with corporate strategy.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on technology trends, AI, ERP modernization, and data analytics opportunities that enhance customer value and competitiveness.
• Define and lead the company’s IT vision, architecture, and governance model to support innovation, agility, and integration across all business units.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives, innovation priorities, and IT modernization goals.
• Serve as the primary advisor to leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and emerging trends, including cybersecurity and artificial intelligence governance.
