Urogynecology Surgeon opening in WILocated in Eau Claire, WIFull Time; PermanentEmployedBE / BC in OB / GYN and FPMRS (must have completed an accredited fellowship in female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery)OB / GYN Department is seeking a BC / BE physician to join our practice in Eau Claire, WIThe practice current consists of 9 OBGYN Physicians, 9 Certified Nurse Midwives, 2 Nurse Practitioners and 1 Physician AssistantThe physician will provide medical and surgical gynecologic and urogynecologic patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settingsUrogynecology and gynecology surgery, and robotics skills are required for this positionFemale Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training and / or Board Certification is desiredCapacity to manage complex benign pelvic surgery beyond incontinence and prolapse, including treating a broad spectrum of disorders affecting the lower genitourinary tractUrogynecologic and female pelvic medicine conditions, congenital anomalies, neuro- urology, and experience radical pelvic surgery, complex abdominal surgery and colorectal surgery through a multispecialty approachSpecialty access within gastroenterology, urology, neurology, colorectal surgery, plastic surgery and physical medicine and rehabilitation working collaboratively to form a comprehensive team for evaluation and managementOutreach opportunities at our clinics in Menomonie (30 min west of Eau Claire) and Barron (60 miles north of Eau Claire)Physicians work closely with advanced practice providers to provide comprehensive urogynecologic careUrogynecology program development is desiredNo obstetrical coverage will be required for this positionCandidates with a desire to provide a mix of surgical and OB care will be consideredSite Info : Eau Claire, with a metro area of 163,000 is home to the 11,000 students at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
