Student Radiology Tech Boulder Community Health, Boulder, CO 80303 $29.15 - $43.73 an hour - Per Diem, Various shifts and hours per week *Range includes per diem differential. Boulder Community Health is seeking a Student Radiology Tech who performs all aspects of diagnostic radiological studies, consistently producing the highest quality exams possible. Benefits: •403(b)Retirement plan •Education assistance program •Staff Support Initiatives such as Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages, and Reiki •Free one-on-one retirement planning sessions •Employee Assistance Program offering 8 free, confidential counseling sessions for you and your family Qualifications •Must be within the final four months of training from a School of Radiology as verified by transcript or letter from school. •Per the Code of Colorado Regulations “A graduate from an ARRT- Recognized program shall be granted ninety (90) calendar days from the date of graduation to schedule, take and pass the ARRT radiologic technology registry examination” •BLS certified through the American Heart Association •Must be within four months of completion of a Radiological Technology degree Responsibilities •Provide quality patient care •Clean equipment •Perform exams using good judgment while radiographing and documenting •Employees are expected to comply with all regulatory requirements, including Joint Commission Standards. •Is familiar with organization, department and job specific Environment of Care areas, including Life Safety, Utilities Management, Hazardous Materials Communications, Emergency Preparedness, Infection Control and Medical Equipment Failure.
