Were hiring a skilled Prep Cook to support our partner hotels and restaurants by preparing ingredients, maintaining kitchen organization, and helping deliver high-quality meals. If youre dependable, organized, and love being part of a fast-paced kitchen team, wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do :

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, measuring, and portioning food items

Assist cooks and chefs with daily food prep and setup

Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas and coolers

Label and store ingredients properly

Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Support the kitchen team during service as needed

What Were Looking For :

Previous kitchen or prep cook experience required

Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Flexible schedule weekends and holidays as needed
