Job Summary

As the Administrator , you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our facility. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leadership & Management : Oversee operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational goals.
• Resident Services : Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, addressing needs and concerns promptly.
• Risk Management : Implement infection prevention protocols and maintain a culture of safety.
• Quality Assurance : Lead the QAPI program, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Communication : Maintain clear and effective communication within the organization.
• Financial Oversight : Collaborate with teams to achieve operational objectives.
