Key Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring product quality and manufacturing efficiencyCollaborate with internal and external customers to resolve technical and quality challengesLead teams (Operators, Mechanics, R&D, etc.) to develop new products and processesSupervise startup of new products, production lines, and toolingSupport cost reduction through process and tooling modifications, scrap reduction, and equipment changesImplement Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma principles to optimize operationsAnalyze data and work with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliabilityLead safety initiatives and improve operational discipline to reduce downtimeMaintain Food Safety Certification and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsQualifications :
BS or BT in Engineering or a Technical Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)A.A.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Technology with 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practices, and industry regulationsProficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and project management softwareExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasksPreferred : Experience in the paper or fiberboard industry, Lithography, or Flexography printingKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba walks, Fishbone diagrams)Previous experience managing large-scale capital projectsJoin a dynamic team and advance your career in a leading manufacturing company!
