Job descriptionTroubleshoot and resolve process issues, ensuring product quality and manufacturing efficiency Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve technical and quality challenges Lead teams (Operators, Mechanics, R&D, etc.) to develop new products and processes Supervise startup of new products, production lines, and tooling Support cost reduction through process and tooling modifications, scrap reduction, and equipment changes Implement Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma principles to optimize operations Analyze data and work with maintenance teams to enhance equipment reliability Lead safety initiatives and improve operational discipline to reduce downtime Maintain Food Safety Certification and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards BS or BT in Engineering or a Technical Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields) Strong knowledge of OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practices, and industry regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle, and project management software Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Preferred : Experience in the paper or fiberboard industry, Lithography, or Flexography printingKnowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, Gemba walks, Fishbone diagrams)Previous experience managing large-scale capital projects
