Your role as a Senior Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician involves maintaining our production equipment.

A day in the Life :

• Make repairs or adjustments on production equipment as requested.
• Fabricate replacement parts within our maintenance machining / welding shop.
• Communicate daily with the Maintenance Team Lead about significant information.
• Assists in analyzing and correcting problems encountered during Maintenance work to ensure work is performed according to SOPs.
• Connect with supervisor / engineering regarding equipment condition and provide recommendations for improved reliability plan.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance and stand for extended periods. Adherence to strict GMP Safety Standards and cleanroom protocols is required. Will encounter loud noises and fluctuating temperatures and must handle hazardous materials with appropriate PPE. Standing for up to 6 hours at a time up to 8 hours a day with frequent squatting stooping kneeling bending twisting at waist and climbing ladders. Coverage of 12 hour shifts for 3rd shift technician during PTO. Possess the abilities to perform the physical requirements of the assigned job as identified by the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) with or without reasonable accommodations.
