Position Type :  Full-Time

Location :  Long Beach, CA

Pay Rate :  $100,000 to $120,000 annually

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Training Program Development : Design and implement comprehensive training curricula specifically tailored for property management, with a strong focus on beachfront property management processes.
• Needs Assessment : Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization.
• Program Implementation and Management : Manage the rollout and execution of training initiatives, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and high-quality delivery.
• Performance Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, using feedback and performance metrics to make data-driven improvements.
• Technology Integration : Employ advanced technology solutions for training delivery to enhance learning experiences and access.
• Compliance and Regulatory Training : Keep staff updated with the latest property management regulations and standards, particularly for beachfront properties.
• Budget Oversight : Manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing return on investment.
• Leadership and Staff Development : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of training professionals, promoting an environment of continuous learning and career progression.
• Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with senior management to align training programs with the strategic goals of the organization.
