Addiction / Internal Medicine Physician Locums Job Pennsylvania

One of our trusted partners is seeking an Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to support their Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Details / Requirements :

Coverage needed : Starting December for ongoing coverage

Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Sat / Sun Call (7a-10 : 30a)

Setting : Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program

MD or DO

Experience in addiction medicine or opioid treatment programs strongly preferred

Active Pennsylvania license and DEA required - must be authorized to prescribe methadone and buprenorphine

Job Duties : Physicals, orders labs and reviews serology reports, medical histories, diagnose and classify narcotic dependence, managing dosage for new and existing patients, etc.
