CCA Solutions provides installation, service, maintenance, IT support for copiers and printers. We also provide phone systems for small and large companies. We are an authorized dealer for Kyocera and Okidata.

Communication skills, quoting and proposing contracts.

Active listening.

Negotiation on prices and products.

Employee must be able to establish communication with potential companies to buy products based on their needs and interests. Employee also must be able to estimate or quote prices, warranties, and contract terms.
