Sonju Superstore is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Writer to join our automotive team. As a Service Writer at Sonju, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and have a positive experience every time they visit our dealership.

As a Service Writer, you will be the first point of contact for customers who are in need of automotive service or repairs. You will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their concerns, and documenting their vehicle issues. You will then communicate this information to our service technicians, ensuring that the work is completed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments
• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner
• Produce repair orders and estimates
• Effectively communicate with technicians and parts departments
• Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle
• Set and achieve sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phones and emails
• Collect payments
• Problem solving
• Check customers out
• Walk customer through repair and inspection of vehicle

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $40,000.00 - $80,000.00+ per year
