Quality Manager

As the Quality Manager for the Fulfillment Distribution Center, you will lead the quality function across all areas of the operationinbound, order processing, outbound, and returns. You'll ensure that all processes meet corporate quality standards, regulatory and ISO requirements, and customer expectations. This role is highly collaborative, partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, eliminate root causes, and promote operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee and develop the Quality Assurance function within the DC.
• Implement and maintain the Quality Management System across fulfillment operations, including inbound, storage / handling, order processing, outbound, transfers, and returns.
• Establish, track, and report key quality metrics (KPIs) such as defects, customer returns, non-conformances, and cost of poor quality.
• Ensure proper calibration, traceability, and maintenance of all quality control and measurement equipment.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (e.g., ISO 9001) to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead root cause investigations for non-conformances and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and warehouse management teams to identify risks, drive process improvements, and integrate quality best practices.
• Deliver training programs on quality principles, reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC).
• Maintain all quality documentation, including manuals, control plans, and procedures, in alignment with corporate and site standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, enhance throughput, and strengthen fulfillment quality.
• Partner with suppliers, carriers, and customers as needed to resolve quality issues and support service-level excellence.
• Manage departmental goals and resources to support site-level objectives.
