• Average 25-35 patients per day
• 2 NP in practice and 1 FT Urologist
• Site is looking into purchase robotics
• Inpatient and outpatient coverage

• Organization Information :
• Hospital employed position
• You'd be contracted with the group as 1099 independent contractor
• Guaranteed salary annually - Year 1 up to 18 months base compensation of $500,000-565,000 (may vary depending on market)
• $60.00 wRVU rate more than threshold over 2,490 (may vary depending on current MGMA)
• After 18 months move to only wRVU model
• Sign-on bonus
• Relocation allowance
• 4 weeks of PTO

• 1 Month to credential
