Job descriptionSafely operate excavation equipment such as excavators backhoes and trenchers to dig trenches for sewer line installations. Ensure excavation work is done in compliance with local codes regulations and project specifications. Assist in the layout and alignment of trenches ensuring proper depth and slope for sewer systems. Work closely with the installation team to coordinate excavation and installation activities. Monitor and maintain excavation equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Perform daily safety checks on equipment before use and report any maintenance issues. Follow project blueprints and instructions to ensure correct trench positioning and depth. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines. Coordinate with the team to ensure timely project completion while meeting all quality standards. Perform other duties as required to support excavation and installation efforts. Apply Submit your application online or via email with your resume and relevant details. Proven experience operating excavation equipment (minimum of 2 years required). Previous plumbing experience (minimum of 2 years required) Strong knowledge of excavation practices safety procedures and local codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints project plans and specifications. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in physically demanding conditions including outdoor work in various weather conditions. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Ability to obtain and maintain necessary certifications (if applicable).
