Job Description

This Primary Care Physician position offers a $10,000 annual sign-on bonus.

The role requires board certification, Missouri medical license, and BLS certification.

• Provide patient-centered care in a team-based model, ensuring access, continuity, and quality health services.
• Coordinate care, attend training, and assist colleagues to deliver effective healthcare.
• Follow clinic protocols, recommend equipment needs, and maintain care continuity at various sites.
• Participate in team efforts to meet clinic goals and promote patient rights.
