Estamos contratando : Gerente de Producción – Bronx, NY

Salario : A convenir según experiencia

Empresa confidencial del sector de alimentos frescos busca un Gerente de Producción con liderazgo y enfoque práctico para dirigir las operaciones de empaque. El rol se centra en garantizar una operación eficiente, segura y de alta calidad, promoviendo la disciplina, el trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua.

Responsabilidades :

Planificar y supervisar la producción diaria y semanal.
Coordinar ambos turnos y asegurar la eficiencia operativa.
Monitorear indicadores clave (productividad, desperdicio, rendimiento, asistencia).
Implementar mejoras de procesos y cumplir normas de seguridad e inocuidad.
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de producción.

Requisitos :

Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, de Alimentos o afines.

Más de 3 años de experiencia liderando operaciones de producción o empaque en alimentos.

Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing y sistemas de inocuidad.

Bilingüe (inglés–español).
