Our client in San Antonio is hiring an Applications Engineer to provide post-sales technical assistance and troubleshooting for utility-scale inverter and energy storage products, including central inverters and 3-phase string inverters. Responsibilities include :

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web for inverter and energy storage products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues using root cause analysis.
• Track, document, and manage customer cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, and manufacturing teams to resolve escalated issues.
• Work with factories and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support field service teams and vendors on material and correction methods.
• Develop process improvements to enhance support operations and efficiency.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring professional communication and resolution of complaints.
• Provide frequent updates to stakeholders throughout issue resolution.
• Travel up to 40% to customer sites for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and relationship management.
