Job description

We’re hiring a Manufacturing Engineer!

Join our team and help improve processes, implement new technologies, and support high-quality production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and improve manufacturing processes
  • Support new product launches & equipment installations
  • Lead lean and continuous improvement projects
  • Troubleshoot production issues and drive solutions
  • Create standard work and process documentation

What We’re Looking For :

  • Bachelor’s in Manufacturing / Mechanical Engineering
  • 3–5+ years of experience in manufacturing / automotive preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills
  • Lean / Six Sigma experience a plus

    • Location : Cleveland, OH area

    Pay : $100k-$110k
