Account Closure Specialist

A company is looking for a Specialist I, Closures.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure timely return of inventory to clients using appropriate codes

Review account history for accuracy and calculate necessary adjustments

Maintain communication with operations teams and manage assigned closure reports

Required Qualifications

Background in healthcare or insurance

Experience with Epic, Cerner, Meditech, or similar systems

Understanding of EOBs and the posting and adjustment processes

High school diploma or GED

Self-motivated and self-disciplined
