Senior Manager, Supplier To Serve

Supplier to Serve : Supports Store Accounts Payable and managing and supporting key Store Back Office transformation programs. Our team is responsible for the transformation, auditing and monitoring of Store Payables processes, that includes : Invoice Exceptions, MUMDs, Open Receivings, WAVE, Transmittals and MTRs. Additionally, our team builds insights that monitor and support the health of store payables, and the needs of merchants, suppliers, and store payables and operations. We effectively collaborate with suppliers, business partners and leadership and work closely with operations, technology, finance, and business partners to translate challenges into data problems and use existing data to solve and transform those problems.

Senior Manager, Supplier to Serve, Enterprise Business Services is responsible for supporting Accounts Payable and helping to manage and support key transformation programs. The position will be responsible for the transformation, auditing and monitoring of Store Payables processes : Invoice Exceptions, MUMDs, Open Receivings, WAVE, Transmittals and MTRs. Additionally, Sr. Manager will build insights that tie into the health of store payables, merchants, suppliers, and store payables and operations. The manager will effectively communicate to suppliers, business partners and leadership on recommendations. The position will work closely with operations, technology, finance, and business partners to translate challenges into data problems and use existing data to solve and transform those problems.

What you'll do :

  • Builds and supports business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data; implementing processes based on recommended strategies; partnering with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategies; reassessing strategies to adjust to feedback and meet results; and creating summaries identifying past, current, and future business plans and objectives.
  • Ensures business needs are met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs through analytics of data; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance, accordingly, developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Work in a cross functional team-based work environment. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Specifically, we are looking for candidates that have an affinity for executing and improving upon current methodologies employing analytical, statistical, and numerical techniques in innovative ways to conduct informed analysis that net meaningful insights. With the insights garnered, you will partner and participate in business strategy discussions that will impact how we best leverage the above asset types across the entire Accounts Payable network.

  • Store Back Office process knowledge, or strong desire to learn Store AP and Store Back Office processes
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, perform analysis, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of senior management, department heads, and the Finance / IT / Business teams
  • Attention to quality, reconciliation, and accuracy are critical
  • Creativity and vision to recommend ways to evolve our infrastructure, process, and analytic capabilities

    The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
