B2B Sales Manager
This is a remote position.
We're looking for a motivated B2B Sales Manager to help us grow and strengthen partnerships across multiple ventures. In this role, you'll take the lead in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and guiding prospects through the sales journey. You'll work closely with the CEO, presenting solutions that fit client needs while representing our business with professionalism and warmth.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source and qualify new B2B leads through outreach and networking
- Conduct engaging discovery calls and deliver clear, compelling presentations
- Develop tailored proposals and manage negotiations through to close
- Collaborate with the CEO to finalize terms and ensure winwin agreements
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to grow client value over time
- Track pipeline progress, monitor KPIs, and consistently work toward revenue goals
- Represent the CEO in select meetings and foster strong client connections
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success

Compensation : HMO
PTO Base Salary : Commensurate with experience. Commission Structure : Uncapped, performance-driven.
