Real Estate Landlord / Tenant Associate Attorney

Seeking an Attorney with three or more years of experience, passionate about fighting for and protecting property rights, capable of handling matters independently and interacting directly with clients on a variety of litigation cases including : Real Estate Litigation, Property Rights Defense, Business Litigation, Premises Liability and other issues.

Solid candidates must have solid drafting, writing, and researching skills, as well as excellent client rapport and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have law firm and case management experience. They should have experience independently handling discovery, deposition, motions practice, and trial experience. Washington State Bar membership is required.

Salary : $82,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year (DOE)
