Job Title :

  • Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg Location : Brooksville, FL Position Type : Full-Time, Permanent (Days / Nights – Rotating Weekends) Compensation : Base Pay : $30.76 – $41.50 / hour (based on years of experience) Differentials : +$4.75 / hour nights | +$3.00 / hour weekends | +$2.00 / hour with national certification Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Paid 2% on first / second paycheck, balance in 6-month increments Relocation Assistance : Available, case by case Position Overview : We’re seeking a dedicated Med Surg RN to join a 46-bed unit that includes medical and overflow post-surgical patients.

Nurses care for a variety of conditions, including some telemetry and oncology admissions, while managing a 6 :

  • 1 patient ratio.
  • This role is ideal for RNs who thrive in fast-paced environments, are detail-oriented, and committed to delivering safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

    • Key Responsibilities :
