Position Summary :

Annashae is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Provider to join our team at a mental health center located in Southwestern Illinois, near the Missouri border. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with no weekend, holiday, or after-hours call responsibilities. You ll provide high-quality primary care medical services and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patients overall health and well-being.
