Connected Flow Transformation Leader
The Connected Flow Transformation Leader will support the development and evolution of best practices for materials management in the GE production system to enable global lean transformation. This role represents the voice of the business, providing a connection between business processes and the Digital Technology group where data analytics and tools can be leveraged, and solutions can be deployed based on timing, return on investment, and budgetary constraints.
Essential responsibilities include providing technical and practical experience to establish and enhance robust and scalable lean material system tools and processes for connected flow in GE value streams, including Plan for Every Part (PFEP), MPS, inventory management, material and information flow, leveling, pull execution in supplier, internal GE shop, and customer loops. Additionally, the role involves supporting, coaching, and driving implementation of lean material systems to deliver value to the customer, improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or operational excellence, including multi-site, international manufacturing environments. Demonstrated success in driving the development of digital tools and systems that support a globally scaled lean transformation is desired. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 30%.
