Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate, hands-on PT with natural manual therapy talent .
  • Wants mentorship + advanced training (manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, taping, etc.).
  • Loves to learn, receive feedback, and grow — clinically & professionally.
  • Strong communicator — connects easily with patients of all personalities.
  • Values creating a memorable patient experience , not just results.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail.
  • Enjoys intimate, 1-on-1 care — not factory-style PT.

    • Responsibilities

  • Excited to treat 35 patients / week (40-hour schedule).
  • Evaluate new patients.
  • Write comprehensive treatment program.

  • Graduate of an accredited PT program.
  • Excellent hands-on skills — or potential with mentorship.

  • Excited to grow a full caseload within 3 months.
