Join the Siemens Energy North America Finance Excellence Academy for a 24-month rotational program designed to develop emerging professionals. Participants will complete four sequential 6-month assignments across various business areas and corporate functions, gaining hands-on experience in locations such as Orlando, Houston, Alpharetta, Raleigh, and Charlotte!

The Finance Excellence Academy is crafted to enrich your finance career through dynamic experience, diverse locations, networking, and professional development. Assignments are structured to provide exposure to different professional environments and business models, helping you refine your career path and build a strong foundation in finance.

DynamicRotations : Experience a wide range of finance roles, includingFinancial Accounting, Service Operations Finance, Manufacturing OperationsFinance, Commercial Project Management, and Sales & BusinessControlling. Additionally, gain exposure to different professionalenvironments by working in offices located in Orlando, Houston,Alpharetta, Raleigh, Charlotte, and more.

Cultivatea Professional Network : Build a strong professional network throughour buddy program, mentorship support, and networking events with businessleaders. These connections will support your career growth beyond theprogram, creating a network of like-minded professionals who are committedto your growth.

Personal& Professional Development : Engage in a variety of technicaland leadership trainings aimed at enhancing both your professional skillsand personal growth.

What You Bring

Bachelor'sor Master's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, data analytics, orother business-related subject areas graduating by May 2026. GPArequirement of a 3.2.

Willingand able to relocate to different states within the US
