What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the location, following Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and reporting any suspicious behavior. Support healthcare staff, patients, and visitors by offering assistance and information as needed. Document and communicate security-related incidents and daily activities in accordance with company and site guidelines. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 21 years of age. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
