Typical Daily Duties :

• Dispatching and scheduling transportation
• Communicating schedules with drivers and resolving issues as they arise
• Entering data into computer systems and maintaining client files

What We're Looking For :

High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent attention to detail and communication skills Experience with multi-line phones, scheduling, and data entry preferred
