Position : ALLIED-CST-Certified Surgical Tech (Travel / Contract)

Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile environments.

Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are properly sterilized and ready for use.

Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback and metrics.

Monitor and document patient vitals during surgical procedures.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure patient safety.

Utilize pipelines to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and patient information.

Assist in the preparation and cleanup of the operating room.

Engage in team meetings to discuss performance targets and strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new surgical tech staff.

Experience / Qualifications

Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) required for the role.

Commitment to ongoing training and professional growth.

Experience in maintaining sterile environments in surgical settings.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in surgical procedures.

Strong collaboration skills with surgeons and healthcare teams.

Experience in evaluating personal performance and seeking improvement.

Ability to monitor and document patient vitals accurately.

Proficient in using pipelines for operational efficiency assessment.

Ability to maintain accurate records of surgical procedures.

Willingness to support onboarding and training of new staff.
