The Total Rewards Analyst develops, implements, and administers various Total Reward Programs for any of the following areas : Retirement, Employee Benefits, Leave Administration, Service Relations, Total Rewards or Compensation, to provide consistent and equitable treatment of employees and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. A caregiver in this position works days, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm. A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Administer specific Total Rewards programs, including reviewing changes or enhancements to ensure the programs comply with internal policies and external regulations and they are market competitive.
• Recommend changes and improvements as needed.
• Assist with employee communications to introduce and explain plan changes.
• Act as a liaison between other areas of Total Rewards, Human Resources, and / or third-party administrators.
• Determine eligibility for participation in various Total Reward programs and maintain records.
• Perform audits of various Total Reward programs and their application to ensure compliance with internal policies and local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
• Make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Pay Range Minimum Annual Salary : $69,600.00 Maximum Annual Salary : $106,132.50

The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate's actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate's work history, experience, skill set and education.
