We're actively hiring experienced technicians t o join our field team for the following roles :

  • Access Control, Senior Fire Alarm, Burglary Alarm

Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Burglary Alarm Technicians – Field-Based (Bay Area, CA)

Location : Headquartered in San Mateo, CA – Work throughout the Bay Area

Job Type : Full-Time, Direct Hire

Start Date : ASAP

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Travel Required : Yes (Field-based role)

What You’ll Do :

  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot access control, fire alarm, and intrusion systems.
  • Handle service calls and system upgrades in commercial and residential settings.
  • Complete job reports and documentation using mobile tools like Jobber .
  • Communicate with team members, clients, and dispatch effectively.
  • Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism on every job site.

    • Qualifications : Experience :

  • 2–5 years of experience in low-voltage or security system installations (depending on the role).
  • Familiarity with major alarm or access control panels a plus.
  • Manufacturer certifications are a bonus, but not required.

    • Skills & Requirements :

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Solid understanding of fire / life safety codes (for Fire Techs).
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Show up, follow through reliability is key.
