Hospital Employee, Traditional. Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs. Cases include neuro, general, ortho, urology, ENT. Gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, minimal healthy pediatric cases. Flexibility with work days and hours, equitable call schedule. MGMA 60th percentile for compensation. Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout health system. Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer. Base salary of $475,000.
