As a Dispatch Officer in an automotive-focused location, you will play a key role in monitoring and patrolling the premises while supporting security-related communications and coordination. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter incidents, and interact with visitors and employees to provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving position, and you will be responsible for relaying information quickly and accurately. What You'll Do :

Monitor and coordinate communications for the site, dispatching Allied Universal personnel as needed to respond to incidents and requests for assistance.

Document and report all incidents, calls, and dispatch activities in accordance with site-specific policies.

Assist in controlling access and monitoring entry points to help to deter unauthorized activity within the location.

Provide assistance and customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors, addressing inquiries and relaying information as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures for the location.

Collaborate with site personnel to relay important information and updates regarding security-related matters.

Maintain situational awareness of activities within the location and surrounding areas through surveillance systems and communication channels.

Support Allied Universal team members by coordinating emergency response activities when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

CPR certification is preferred.

Alarm panel experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
