Minnesota Licensed Replevin Specialist

A company is looking for a Replevin Specialist to assist customers with auto loan account management.

Key Responsibilities

Contact auto loan customers regarding late or missed payments and negotiate payment arrangements

Evaluate accounts to find solutions that prevent repossession and document all interactions accurately

Ensure compliance with legal standards and maintain confidentiality while handling accounts

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred

Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry preferred

Strong knowledge of repossession and replevin action requirements

Experience with Microsoft Windows and Internet-based applications is required

Ability to skip trace accounts and make recommendations to management on unique collections cases
