Family Minister (Oxford Campus)

SUMMARY

Leads the NextGen team at the Oxford Campus ranging from birth through college. Responsible for implementing the One Church developed NextGen strategy (via collaboration) through the campus' NextGen Staff. Serves as a team leader on the Oxford Staff and partners directly with the campus pastor.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works in coordination with the overall goals and objectives of Pinelake Church.
• Assists the Campus Pastor to work toward excellence in all areas of the ministry.
• Assist other staff members, when needed, to support teamwork and contribute to the successful completion of their objectives and strategies.
• Basic personal responsibilities :

Maintain a vital and growing personal walk with the Lord through committed Bible study, prayer, meditation and practicing L3.

SPECIFIC LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

All NextGen ministry staff to include preschool, kids, middle school, high school and college.

EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree and seminary experience; and 5+ years of related experience and / or training.
