Position Summary

As a Medication Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. You'll be responsible for managing and administering medications with precision and care, all while building meaningful relationships with the people who call Summit Pointe home.

What You'll Do :

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and resident records.
• Monitor residents for any changes in health and report concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide support to residents as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of service and care.
